Leadership Statement

Isaac Sadiki is a distinguished executive and engineer with over 20 years of technical expertise and strategic leadership driving infrastructure excellence in the energy and construction sectors.

A rigorous 15-year tenure at Eskom, rising from technician to plant and regional manager, formed a bottom-up mastery of electrical infrastructure. This foundation was leveraged in the private sector where he founded and led the Hope Croup, successfully delivering heavy civil construction (roads, piping, earthworks) most notably at the Sasol Plant.

In 2021, Isaac pivot-focused on a sustainable future by establishing Sadikl Legacy Group with a core emphasis on Renewable Energy. His commitment is evidenced by his current role as an independent Project Manager for Remgro L'ormarins, overseeing a landmark 20-year renewable project commencing May 2026.

His Degree in Electrical Engineering and MBA in Business Management provide the technical backbone and executive vision to position Sadiki Legacy Croup at the forefront of South Africa's industrial landscape.
